Populating Imported Impressions Line Items on Contract Line Item Values

What We Did

Motionworks updated the import logic to allow fields related to impressions to reflect user entries from the line item import file.

The Details

Previously, if a Geopath ID was included in an import file, the system ignored user entries for those imported line items.

What We Did

Users can now export the Contract ID # Column to CSV and Excel files by clicking the customize columns button.

Updated Core Details View for Contracts

What We Did

Motionworks updated the Core Details view in the Contracts module to ensure that values promptly appeared on the line item table after users created new line items or edited existing line items.

The Details

While Motionworks deployed a hot fix last week to correct this issue, this ticket represents a more comprehensive solution.

Updated Net Cost / Period Column

The Net Cost / Period column was wrapping numerical values onto the next line of the cell on Vendor Contract PDFs. Motionworks increased the column width so values all appear on one line.

Bug Fixes

Users were unable to view or save Vendor contracts for contract records that have names with special characters. This has been corrected and users can now view and save vendor contracts for those contracts with special characters.

An error caused cancelled Line Items were not appearing on Vendor Contracts. Motionworks corrected this issue and cancelled Line Items now appear as expected.

For some clients, a data load error caused the IO export status to revert to unexported. This has been corrected and insertion orders are only marked as unexported if the following conditions are met:

• A Billing Key Field change required Deleting/Replacing IOs
• Revising another field triggered a reexport

Additionally, the exported status should not be impacted by other changes in Client Accounting.

An error caused insertion orders to be filtered by the Billing Export status. Motionworks corrected this issue by ensuring that all valid (undeleted) IOs are returned in a search, regardless of export status.

Imported line items were not displaying correctly in the line item list view. Additionally, although imported line items appeared under Vendor Contracts, when users clicked the record, the vendor contract was empty. Motionworks corrected this and imported line items now appear correctly on the line item list view and Vendor Contracts
